Plant room and piping
We set out the chiller plant, pump room and chilled water piping, with spools fabricated in our Lagos workshop.
STEP 04
Installation and testing
Chillers, pumps and chilled water piping are installed, and the pipework is pressure-tested before commissioning.
STEP 05
Commissioning and load optimisation
The system is commissioned and optimised for your actual load before handover.

What size chiller does my plant need? +
A chiller should be sized from a measured cooling load, not a rule of thumb, and heavy oversizing should be avoided. Where loads vary, two smaller units can follow demand and give you standby. Our chiller installation guide explains the choices.

Yes. Maven is the appointed partner of Thermax for the installation and maintenance of boilers and chillers.
Do you build cold rooms? +
Yes. Cold room construction is part of our HVAC and chiller service, along with insulation and factory partitioning.
