16 TPH Thermax Shellmax boiler fabrication and erection

OVERVIEW

Fabrication and erection of a 16 tonnes-per-hour Thermax Shellmax boiler with its burner, deaerator, gas train, MCC and PLC panel, 20 metre chimney, steam piping to process, insulation and all electrical connections.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Erection of 16 TPH boiler and mono-bloc burner
• Erection of pressurised deaerator tank with valves and instruments
• Erection of gas train and gas flow meter
• Erection of pressure reducing station (PRS)
• Erection of Effimizer
• Assembly and erection of compartmentalised MCC cum PLC panel, duplex basket filter, steam flow meter, O₂ analyser, oil circulation system, sample cooler, expansion bellows, and skid-mounted valves and instruments
• Erection of LP dosing system with LDPE tank
• Erection of feed water tank and water pump
• Erection of HSD oil pumping units and oil flow meter
• Fabrication and erection of ducting from chimney to boiler
• Fabrication and erection of blowdown vessel
• Fabrication and erection of 1 KL HSD tank
• Fabrication and erection of chimney (top ID 800 mm × 20 m) with accessories
• Supply, fabrication and erection of steam piping to process (refinery)
• Supply, fabrication and erection of steam piping from boiler to PRS and redistillation
• Supply, fabrication and erection of support structures for steam, water, gas and fuel piping, ducting and cable trays in the boiler house
• Installation of insulation and aluminium cladding for steam pipelines, deaerator and ducts
