6 TPH Thermax Shellmax boiler, balance of plant and erection

OVERVIEW

Supply of the balance of plant and erection of a 6 tonnes-per-hour Thermax Shellmax boiler, with a self-supported chimney, deaerator, steam header, gas and compressed air piping, and full insulation.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Fabrication, assembly and erection of MS self-supported chimney (top diameter 600 mm × 20 m)
• Fabrication and installation of flue gas ducting from boiler to chimney, with transformer, elbows, flanges and fasteners
• Supply of piping and fittings from deaerator to boiler feed water pump, spill back line, Effimizer make-up pump lines, softener to deaerator line, deaerator safety valve, vent and drain piping, and make-up water piping
• Positioning, erection and installation of pressurised deaerator with all accessories
• Fabrication and erection of steam header and piping
• Supply of condensate piping to deaerator head, with supports and NRV fittings
• Supply of air compressor piping and fittings
• Supply and erection of natural gas piping
• Supply and installation of piping supports
• Installation of supplied oil system on burner for 6 TPH Shellmax boiler
• Supply of insulation using LRB mattresses (100 kg/m³) with 24 SWG aluminium cladding on steam, feed water, drain and vent piping and deaerator tank
