WHY IT MATTERS
Steel that fits first time, stands straight and passes inspection
Steelwork is cheap to get wrong on paper and expensive to fix on site. Most problems start in the workshop and show up months later.
- Members that do not fit on site, so erection stops while parts are cut and re-welded.
- Weak welds and thin coatings that start to rust after a few rainy seasons.
- Frames erected out of plumb or not fully bolted, which shows later as cracked cladding or a leaking roof.
- No paperwork at the end, so the insurer or regulator holds up sign-off.

STEP 03
Fabrication in our Lagos workshop
Members are cut, fitted and welded by certified welders at our facility in Alimosho, Lagos.
STEP 04
Checks before dispatch
Welds are inspected and dimensions and squareness checked, then the steel is primed and painted.
STEP 05
Erection on site
Every lift has a plan and an exclusion zone, hot work runs under permit with a fire watch, and crews are briefed each morning.
STEP 06
Handover
You receive the structure with the certification your insurer and regulator will ask for.

Steel structure fabrication: common questions
How much does steel structure fabrication cost in Nigeria? +
The price depends on the weight of steel, the design, the coating system, site access and erection height. Send drawings, a scope of work or a short description of the problem on WhatsApp or through the contact form. Our engineers reply with a method, a schedule and a price, usually within three working days.
Do you fabricate in a workshop or on site? +
Both. Most fabrication is done in our own workshop in Alimosho, Lagos, and the steel is then erected on your site. Site welding is done where the job needs it, as on the boiler structures we are erecting for Dufil in Port Harcourt.
Can you build to our consultant's or equipment supplier's drawings? +
Yes. On the Dufil 25 TPH biomass boiler project, for example, we fabricated platforms and structures to Thermax drawings. If you do not have drawings yet, send the size, use and location and our engineers will advise on the next step.
Will I get certification for my insurer or regulator? +
Yes. Our steel structure work is handed over with the certification that insurers and regulators ask for.
Can you erect steel while our factory keeps running? +
Yes. On live sites every lift has a plan and an exclusion zone, hot work needs a permit and a fire watch, and supervisors brief crews each morning on which areas are live and which are closed.
Do you work outside Lagos? +
Yes. Our head office is in Alimosho, Lagos, and we also have an office in Cotonou, Benin Republic. We have delivered projects in Lagos, Sango Ota (Ogun), Port Harcourt (Rivers), Kano, Ilorin (Kwara), Benin City (Edo) and Cotonou.
