HOW WE WORK
STEP 01
Share your steam demand
Tell us the steam load, fuel and site, or the problem with your existing boiler. Drawings help if you have them.
STEP 02
Method, schedule and price
Our engineers reply with a method, a schedule and a price, usually within three working days.
STEP 03
Foundations and survey
Levels, anchor bolts and orientation are checked against the drawings before anything is lifted.
STEP 04
Structure and pressure parts
The boiler and its structure go up, then pressure parts are welded on site with inspection at every joint.
STEP 05
Balance of plant
Fans and ducting, chimney, fuel and water treatment, and piping, often in parallel, with spools made in our Lagos workshop.
STEP 06
Finishing and commissioning
Refractory, insulation, cabling and mountings are completed, lines are hydrotested, and we support commissioning and handover.

Our own workshop in Lagos
Chimneys, ducting, pressure vessels, headers and structural steel are fabricated at our facility in Alimosho, Lagos, so less work is improvised on your site.
